Holovast launches with an exclusive licence to commercialise J-Wadel's Innovate UK-funded AIRCONS and ARVAST results for manufacturing deployment.
London, UK - 14 October 2025: HOLOVAST Ltd, founded by Johnson Oluwadele, has launched with an exclusive licence from J-Wadel Solutions Ltd to commercialise results generated through Innovate UK-funded projects, including AIRCONS and ARVAST.
The agreement gives HOLOVAST a strong foundation to take funded R&D outputs into focused industrial commercialisation, with emphasis on deployment-ready software capability for complex manufacturing settings.
This includes continued development of practical AI and augmented-reality enabled workflow support aimed at improving execution consistency, reducing avoidable rework, and accelerating workforce readiness.
HOLOVAST's immediate commercial focus is on aerospace, automotive, and other assembly-intensive industries where traceability, repeatability, and operational uptime are critical.
Johnson Oluwadele, Founder and CTO of HOLOVAST, said:
"HOLOVAST is built to convert proven R&D results into practical industrial outcomes, with deployment models that manufacturers can adopt without unnecessary friction." About HOLOVAST Ltd
Holovast develops a governed operational knowledge and execution platform for physical work. It turns approved source material into reviewed workflows, delivers them through browser, tablet, or AR, and uses configured step evidence to control progression and correction. Holovast governs what AI may instruct, what a person or agent may act on, what evidence is required, and whether physical work may proceed.
